(22 May 2026, Hong Kong) Maison Saint AIX, the premium winery at the highest altitude of the Coteaux d’Aix‑en‑Provence appellation, launches the new 2025 vintage of its iconic AIX Rosé in Hong Kong to celebrate summer, and introduces BEAU VIVA, the award‑winning alcohol‑free sparkling rosé. Embodying the sun‑soaked Provençal lifestyle, these glowing bottles become centrepieces of a wine culture alive with creativity, colour and rhythm – a joie de vivre that extends far beyond Provence, enriched by curated playlists designed to elevate every moment.

Rosé Artistry from Provence’s Highest Vines

Maison Saint AIX is lauded for the elegant purity of wines born of a 150‑year heritage, exceptional terroir and a rare single‑plot vineyard spanning 75 hectares. Elevated at 500 metres, the vines command the highest point in the region, 30 kilometres from Aix‑en‑Provence. Embodying the finesse of Provence and the soul of the Mediterranean, AIX Rosé’s sun‑kissed character springs from more than 300 days of sunshine, cooling Mistral winds and limestone‑rich soils.

Helmed by Nicolas Quiles – recognised among the world’s Top 100 Winemakers by The Drinks Business – the Maison blends time‑honoured techniques with modern innovation to express the beauty of the land. Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault grapes yield a pale, refined rosé with bright fruit, crisp acidity and graceful mineral notes. Viticulture practised in harmony with nature preserves biodiversity and ensures pure, healthy wines.

The AIX Rosé Debutante – 2025

Maison Saint AIX unveils its vibrant new vintage, the 2025 Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence AIX Rosé, in Hong Kong. Reaping the benefits of an early harvest in late August 2025, grapes were handpicked at the peak of fruity freshness following months of ideal growing conditions. The skill of the vignerons in stimulating soil life and hydration; breakthroughs in cellar work; and an outstanding Syrah crop all contributed to the superb elegance and luminosity of the vintage. White peach, citrus zest and a hint of wildflowers prelude a fresh, crisp palate shimmering with subtle red fruit, and a clean, precise, uplifting finish.

Like all AIX Rosé vintages, the 2025 is best served chilled between 8°C and 12°C. It complements any happy vibe, from a relaxed lunch with friends, to a chill afternoon of wine and laughter, to a resplendent soirée. It accompanies oysters, sushi, Mediterranean salads, grilled vegetables and aromatic Asian dishes especially well.

BEAU VIVA: Provence’s New Expression of Celebration

A sophisticated alcohol‑free sparkling rosé born in the South of France, BEAU VIVA will soon be available in Hong Kong. Blessed with a delicate blush, fine bubbles and a clean, refreshing finish, it is perfect for all summer moments. Aromatic Colombard grapes and a touch of Merlot evoke notes of rose petals and fresh red berries lifted by citrus zest, and a gentle mousse softened by minerality.

Recognised with a Gold Medal at The Drinks Business’ Global Low & No Alcohol Wine Masters 2025, BEAU VIVA stands among the most acclaimed alcohol‑free wines, admired for its elegance and refinement. Vegan and low in calories, it offers a welcome modern approach to celebrating life.

At Large, Playful Provençal Purity

AIX Rosé has become the vivacious pour of choice at international celebrations, from the Cannes Film Festival and Art Basel to London Fashion Week, regattas in Mallorca and Grand Prix racing in Monaco. Poured in more than 70 countries, it defines contemporary hospitality and culture, beloved at destinations from the Waldorf Astoria in Chicago to Blue Marlin in Ibiza and Ritual in Bali. From its Mediterranean birthplace to Asia’s hotspots, its pale pink glow stirs joy across seasons – bringing verve to winter slopes in Aspen and Verbier as effortlessly as to the sands of Miami’s Joia Beach and the Maldives’ Soneva Jani.

Maison Saint AIX’s dedication to large formats elevates the prestige of AIX Rosé and enhances the spirit of celebration. Beyond the impressive magnum, the arrival of a commanding three‑litre jeroboam, a magnificent six‑litre Methuselah or a colossal 15‑litre Nebuchadnezzar turns the table into the heart of the party, creating unforgettable moments and lasting memories.

AIX Rosé is now poured at Hong Kong’s most distinguished tables. It flows from the refined Regent Hotel to the heritage‑rich Magistracy Dining Room, from the Indian opulence of Prince and the Peacock to the Parisian chic of Babette, and from the vibrant Spanish vibe of Optimist to the breezy charm of southside Cococabana. Enabling Provence’s jet‑setting rosé to enliven every occasion, it can be purchased online at www.winenot.com.hk.

“Hong Kong is a city that celebrates life in every season, and AIX Rosé and BEAU VIVA are made for those moments. Whether enjoyed chilled on a rooftop, shared at a lively dinner, or raised in a toast to friendship, they bring the spirit of Provence into the heart of the city.”

- Victor Verhoef, Global Marketing Director, Maison Saint AIX
