Vegan is the New Black! Introducing ‘Modern Vegetarian’ Chinese restaurant Miss Lee
Say Yes to healthy lifestyle, going green and concern for the planet!
So we’re proud and delighted to be promoting Miss Lee, the latest concept of the “Lee” family of restaurants by ZS Hospitality Management Limited, newly-opened at the Sheung Wan end of Wellington Street.
Miss Lee serves modern Chinese vegetarian cuisine, taking guests on a healthy, wholesome culinary adventure in style with meticulous presentation of natural flavour-packed garden ingredients.

Our team at JIN Communications had the pleasure of trying some of their signature dishes at this lovely new dining spot – and we were in for a pleasant surprise!

Fire Balls :
King Oyster Mushroom, Pineapple, Sweet Plum Sauce, Dehydrated Pineapple Chips
If you’re a fan of that timeless Chinese classic, Sweet and Sour Pork (and who isn’t?) you’ll love this vegetarian alternative named Fire Balls.
King Oyster mushroom replaces the traditional pork rib, using a special culinary technique to replicate the meat texture – in a delicious, tangy sweet and sour sauce that will make you keep coming back for more!

Smoky Quartz :
King Oyster Mushroom, Shiitake Mushroom, Asparagus, Vegan Smoked Mayo
So ‘insta-worthy’ and so tasty! That was our verdict on Smoky Quartz – King Oyster mushroom, Shiitake mushroom and asparagus smoked on apple wood skewers with a dip of vegan smoked mayo on the side.
Amazing smokiness when the lid of its wooden box is lifted – revealing an extraordinarily picturesque and tasty dish, bursting with freshness and spice.

Hawthorn Tree :
Chocolate Sponge Cake, Hawthorn and Apple Sorbet, Mascarpone Cream
Last but not least! A guilt-free dessert to drool over!
Hawthorn Tree is a chocolate sponge cake layered with the mascarpone cream, named after its topping of hawthorn and apple sorbet.
A perfect, refreshing balance of sweetness and sour – beautifully textured and quite delicious!
With chic interiors and a cozy ambience, paired with an inclusive menu for vegetarians, vegans and anyone in between, Miss Lee really is the perfect spot to enjoy healthy, refined cuisine with friends and family.
Making delicious Chinese-style vegetarian food available for all, Miss Lee also features a welcoming street-side takeaway counter serving flavoursome grab-and-go options during the day.
Come along and try it out!
