(2026年6月1日,香港)環球海陸美食專門店Chef’s Cuts自2021年於屯門黃金海岸商場開設首店以來,一直秉持可持續發展的理念,致力從世界各地搜羅優質食材,為賓客呈獻高性價比的用餐體驗。今年,為喜迎五週年慶典,將於2026年6月4日至9月30日期間,在旗下四間分店同步推出為期四個月的週年慶祝巡禮——隆重呈獻全新乾式熟成牛肉美饌、融會創意的帶子五部曲料理;指定分店更將輪流於星期四舉辦熱情洋溢的原聲音樂會,及由星級客席調酒師精彩助興,讓大家隨夏日節奏搖擺,沉浸體驗一場匯聚美食工藝、風味、社群連結的仲夏盛宴。 每月驚喜——展示熟成肉眼扒工藝的料理舞台 Chef’s Cuts的專業團隊憑藉豐富的優質食材採購及處理經驗,特別為是次五週年慶典引入一系列嚴選自美國頂級黑安格斯牛的肉眼扒,透過自家雙重熟成工藝,於每月驚喜推廣中為賓客展示其細膩油花及肉脂比例完美的極致滋味。 每塊肉眼扒均會在Chef’s Cuts內設的乾式熟成櫃進行12天的熟成,以軟化肌肉纖維,隨後需浸泡在於牛肉提煉所得的純淨牛脂中,再置回櫃中進行第二階段的12天熟成,令天然牛脂能充
