Fresh, delicate and delicious, dim sum morsels are ideal for lunch in the heat of summer. For over a dozen years, Chef Ringo Wong has been proudly preparing dim sum with panache at Cuisine Cuisine at The Mira. Every morning, he begins with artisanal homemade wrappers and personally mixes the various stuffings. His picture-perfect parcels are unfailingly exquisite, elegantly served, and always made fresh to order in limited quantities. The refreshed dim sum a la carte menu is an extensive collection of almost 30 choices headlined by the luxuriant new sensation of Homemade Puff Pastry, Whole 8-head Abalone, Diced Chicken, Mushroom (HK$108 per person). The soft, buttery goodness of premium marine molluscs plucked from South African waters contrast with the light crispness of Chef Wong’s puff pastry. Steamed Rice Flour Rolls, Crispy Bean Curd Sheet, Turnip (HK$98) is another new textural pleasure melding silky cheung fun, crispy tofu skin and crunchy turnip.
