Served from 3pm to 5pm daily and priced at HK$498 for two*, the Harbour Bliss Afternoon Tea Menu spans a generous array of both sweet and savoury offerings for the ultimate indulgence. A standout of four exquisite savoury treats, Seared Hokkaido Scallop showcases the delicate flavours of the fresh, premium Japanese seafood paired with a hint of seasoning. Lobster Tartlet is another luxurious bite, a buttery pastry shell filled with tender lobster meat. The teatime classic of Mini Quiche Lorraine bursts with rich, umami egg-and-bacon tastes, all housed in a flaky crust, while Foie Gras Focaccia Sandwich is the height of extravagance – creamy, melt-in-the-mouth goose liver layered between pillowy, aromatic focaccia bread.

These delectable savouries are elevated by five decadent sweets. A warm, custardy Canelé delights with a caramelised crust and a soft, fragrant vanilla centre. The menu also includes a traditional Scone, served with rich whipped cream and luscious fig jam, while a perfectly crafted Macaron adds a touch of elegance. Boasting a wonderfully creamy and cheesy base with a tangy strawberry topping, Strawberry Cheesecake stands in gorgeous contrast to the light, airy texture of Mango & Passion Fruit Mousse Cake and its refreshing blast of tropical flavours.

Tea or coffee is included with the teatime experience, but to enhance their afternoon enjoyment, guests can upgrade to unlimited refills of a specialty coffee or premium tea from a range including Osmanthus Oolong, Da Hong Pao, Phoenix Teaphile, Earl Grey and Peppermint for an additional HK$28 per person*. For the perfect pairing with every bite or a seasonal toast, enjoy a glass of selected white, rosé or red wine or prosecco for an extra HK$68 per person*.

Further elevating the new year dining experience is a thoughtfully curated wine list featuring both old and new world offerings, and a star selection of innovative cocktails and mocktails imagined by expert in-house mixologists. Signature creations include WATERMARK (HK$128*), an exquisite balance of sweetness and tanginess; T-Sunset (HK$108*) distilling the vibrancy of dusk; and Harbour Breeze (HK$118*) blending exotic spirits with fresh local ingredients.
