(15 September 2026, Hong Kong) Naturland, the world’s largest organic farmers’ association, steps up its ‘EU Organic: Nurturing Nature, Nourishing You’ campaign through in-store collaborations with premier health and lifestyle retailers in Hong Kong this autumn. Engaging shopping experiences at Health Aims and city’super in September and October 2026 invite the city’s increasingly eco-savvy consumers to celebrate the quality, authenticity and sustainability of EU-certified organic products.

Demand for certified organic products remains strong in Hong Kong, as consumers actively seek credible organic labels. A 2024 consumer survey indicated that almost half of shoppers prefer brands that prioritise sustainability. The city’s organic packaged food market was valued at US$99.4 million (HK$779.4 million) in 2023 and is forecast to continue growing through 2028. Widely recognised for their quality and safety, certified EU organic products expand the range of sustainably produced food available to Hong Kong’s eco-conscious consumers.

An ongoing three-year campaign launched by Naturland in partnership with the European Union (EU), ‘EU Organic: Nurturing Nature, Nourishing You’ is enabling consumers in Hong Kong and mainland China to explore the integrity and excellence of EU-certified organic products. It helps consumers make informed choices by highlighting the value of organic farming practices, and the safeguards of EU certification, whereby biodiversity protection, animal welfare and supply‑chain transparency are assured through independent annual inspections.

Given its strict production standards and exceptional quality, organic food grown in the EU has long been the preferred choice in the Hong Kong market. This latest retail initiative deepens awareness of EU organic standards and promotes eco-conscious lifestyles in a city where families are focusing on wholesome eating, food safety and environmental sustainability in greater numbers.

The programme kicks off on 15 September 2026 with dedicated point-of-sale activities at Health Aims branches in Taikoo Shing and Ma On Shan, which will run until 14 October 2026. Meanwhile, a month-long EU organic food showcase will begin on 1 October across four city’super stores – Times Square in Causeway Bay, Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsui, ifc mall in Central and New Town Plaza in Shatin.

The promotion at Health Aims, a prominent Hong Kong health food chain, introduces shoppers to a handpicked range of certified organic products from leading European producers. Highlights include organic pantry staples like mixed fruit muesli, buckwheat spaghetti, premium balsamic, and extra virgin olive oil sourced from 800-year-old trees.

Consumers can also discover organic fruit purées and gluten-free bakery items such as tomato ciabatta, grain-based panini, finger biscuits and chocolate-chip muffins. A refreshing selection of organic and plant-based beverages includes fruit and vegetable juices, kombucha, organic soft drinks and elderflower syrup.

At city’super, shoppers can explore a variety of EU-certified organic products. Choices like organic pasta, tomatoes, breakfast cereals, fruit juices, fruit spreads, chocolate, biscuits and hot chocolate powder represent the wide range of sustainable foodstuffs produced in the European Union in accordance with EU organic standards.

Through this retail initiative, consumers have the opportunity to learn more about the EU organic label and the production standards that underpin it.
